This year, the City of Kyoto will once again be carrying out a special promotion for foreign visitors.
Every year in the highly popular Hanatoro event (held in December and March), the historical shop fronts and cultural heritage sites of the city’s streets are lit up by the glow of unique and traditional Japanese lanterns, highlighting the mystery and allure of winter in Kyoto.
In 2010, a food-related event, “Kyoto Restaurant Winter Special” will be held and special cuisine will be offered at exclusive prices. Also, special event regarding Maiko (apprentice geisha) where visitors can actually meet and take pictures with maiko will be held. Don’t miss these exclusive opportunities for rare and unique experiences!
In addition to these, there is a wealth of special events that are only held during the winter period, such as exhibitions of cultural artefacts that are usually not available for public viewing, and discounts on accommodations and tourist facilities in Kyoto City.
Free from the usual crowds of visitors, winter offers an ideal opportunity for an intimate experience of this unique city. Be sure to take advantage of this promotion to discover the real Kyoto.

La ville de Kyoto organise aussi cette année une campagne spéciale pour les voyageurs étrangers.
A l'événement annuel très populaire de "Hanatouro (décembre, mars)", les patrimoines culturels et les quartiers historiques sont reliés par des rues à l'éclairage spécial du Japon, qui renforce encore le charme mystérieux du Kyoto hivernal.
En 2010 est prévu "Kyoto Restaurant Winter Special", un événement concernant la cuisine où des plats spéciaux seront proposés à des prix spéciaux. Un événement spécial permettant des contacts directs et des prises de vues des Maiko est également prévu. C'est vraiment l'occasion de faire des expériences impossibles d'ordinaire.
De nombreux autres événements spéciaux à la saison hivernale, comme la présentation au public de biens culturels ordinairement non divulgués, des réductions dans les établissements de tourisme et d'hébergement de Kyoto, vous attendent aussi.

每年大受歡迎的“花燈路（12月、3月）”活動，以日本獨特的燈光鋪滿道路，將歷史文化遺產及街道照亮，讓冬季京都的神秘魅力更加耀眼。
2010年也舉辦與美食相關的「京都餐廳Winter Special」活動，屆時可以特別價格享用特別料理。另外，還舉辦與舞伎相關的特別活動，可與舞伎同樂並紀念攝影。平時絕對體驗不到，是個不可錯過的機會。

매년 큰 인기를 모으고 있는 이벤트 ‘화등로(花燈路: 12월, 3월)’ 때는 역사적인 문화유산과 거리를 일본 특유의 등불로 장식한 길로 연결하여 겨울 교토의 신비로운 매력을 더욱 빛냅니다.
